The New National Socialist Party is a political party and nazi organization in Germany. They know about the existence of Shinigami. They also have more knowledge about the Death Note than any other Death Note user (even Light) and wish to use it to return Germany back to what it was during the days of the Third Reich. But they are not devoted to the aryan purity ideals and moreso follow the militaristic and nationalist side of the Nazi ideology. They are the true main antagonists of the series. The group is lead by a man named Knochen von Tod.
